In 1982, when Wolfgang opened his now famous restaurant, Spago, in Los Angeles, he also introduced a revolutionary new concept in dining—gourmet pizzas. These signature pizzas featuring fresh and natural ingredients, became an immediate success, soon becoming legendary. Now Wolfgang's famous gourmet pizzas are being offered to consumers at home.

Wolfgang Puck® All-Natural pizzas combine Wolfgang's culinary innovation, popular flavors and simple, unexpected ingredients with artisan quality preparation. The product raises the standard in the frozen pizza category by including fresh, hand-cut toppings and a simple, pure flavor sauce with real tomato taste and texture. Wolfgang Puck is intimately involved in product development to recreate his restaurant taste, and hand-selected all-natural ingredients to make the tastiest pizzas available.

Wolfgang and the team from Schwan's Consumer Brands North America, Inc., worked in the kitchens at Spago and Wolfgang Puck Express ensuring the quality, appearance and taste met restaurant-quality standards, so consumers could enjoy a gourmet pizza at home.

All-Natural offerings

Consumers demand more all-natural offerings. Natural products are minimally processed, environmentally friendly, and free of artificial ingredients. Each Wolfgang Puck® All-Natural pizza recipe features only the finest, all-natural herbs and spices, vegetables, meats and cheeses, atop a hand-stretched, honey-infused crust.

Varieties

All pizzas feature Wolfgang's famous honey-infused crusts which are hand-stretched and brushed with olive oil before baking. The resulting crispy center and random yeast-risen edges allow for naturally-baked browning to occur.

Consumers can choose from five 9-inch varieties of Wolfgang Puck® All-Natural pizza, including:

  • Four-Cheese: 12.3 oz. Delicious pesto sauce topped with a blend of mozzarella, Fontina, Parmesan and creamy goat cheeses, along with sliced red tomatoes and basil.
  • Barbecue Chicken: 14.8 oz. Seasoned chicken, red onions and tomatoes topped with mozzarella cheese and Wolfgang's tangy barbecue sauce.
  • Margherita: 14.4 oz. Farm-fresh tomato slices, basil, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses placed atop Wolfgang's signature tomato-basil-garlic sauce, then dabbed with pesto sauce.
  • Pepperoni: 13.6 oz. Wolfgang's tomato-basil-garlic sauce topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, pepperoni slices and more mozzarella.
  • Cheese: 13.9 oz. Wolfgang's signature tomato-basil-garlic sauce covered with a delectable trio of cheeses: mozzarella, Fontina and Parmesan, then topped with herbs.

The pizzas are available as single packs in retail stores and as multi-packs in club stores.
