A favorite at Spago for years, the shrimp cake is my unique twist on the classic
crab cake. This appetizer combines a fusion of shrimp, panko bread crumbs, peppers,
onions, herbs and spices. Every package includes creamy dijon citrus sauce.
Cooking Instructions
Prepare from FROZEN state. Appliances may vary, adjust accordingly. Promptly refrigerate
any unused heated portion. Instructions are for cooking 6 pieces at a time. Let
cool for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
Shrimp cakes: shrimp, manufacturing cream (pasteurized manufacturing cream, carrageenan),
bread crumb (wheat flour, sugar, yeast, salt), red and yellow bell peppers, almonds,
red onions, contains 2% or less of: eggs, spices, chives, salt, rice starch, corn
starch, fried in soybean oil. Contains shell fish (shrimp), milk, wheat, tree nuts
(almonds), and egg.
Sauce: water, mayonnaise (canola oil, water, whey protein concentrate, sugar, distilled
vinegar, salt, mustard flour, lemon juice concentrate, cultured dextrose & inulin,
xanthan gum), orange juice concentrate, dijon mustard (distilled vinegar, water,
mustard seed, white wine, salt, mustard flour, spices), sugar, corn starch, parsley,
spices, chives. Contains milk.
