Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups seeded and diced Roma tomatoes
- 1/3 cup red onions, 1/4" dice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon White pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a glass or plastic mixing bowl. Allow to sit at room temperature for one hour before serving, mixing occasionally.
- Makes about 2 cups
